Why this role is significant
As a Spa Coordinator at Brentwood Bay Resort, you are the heart of the guest experience within our Spa. From the first warm welcome to the final farewell, you ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Your professionalism, organizational expertise, and intuitive service set the tone for their entire spa journey. By managing daily operations with grace and supporting a seamless flow between guests, practitioners, and departments, you create the calm, nurturing environment that defines our spa experience.
A day in the life
- Warmly greet and guide spa guests through their experience with professionalism and care
- Manage treatment bookings and adjustments through Vagaro software
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, assisting with reservations and guest needs
- Recommend treatments and products tailored to individual guests
- Coordinate treatment schedules for smooth appointment flow
- Process payments accurately and meet monthly sales targets through service and retail recommendations
- Maintain inventory, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising spa products
- Communicate clearly with spa practitioners and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Complete opening and closing duties with attention to detail and guest readiness
- Support special projects and resort events as needed

- A flexible, open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in spa coordination, guest services, or administration is an asset
- Familiarity with Vagaro software and Outlook is an advantage
