As our Janitor, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the resort sparkling—from the lobby to the spa to the staff areas. Your pride in creating a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment helps guests relax, helps colleagues shine, and ensures every experience feels five-star from the very first impression.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, restrooms, spa spaces, and staff areas
- Maintain laundry rooms, storage areas, and kitchen back-of-house spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors across the property
- Empty garbage and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal practices
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and light maintenance needs
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting low inventory when needed
- Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during shifts
What you'll bring
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (32 hours per week)
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing for long periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
