Whether you're supporting a guest on their wellness journey, recommending thoughtful home care, or adding a personalized touch to a treatment, your presence and expertise are essential to the Brentwood Spa experience.
A day in the life
- Greet guests with warmth and presence, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Conduct personalized assessments and develop thoughtful, customized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massages with intention and care
- Educate guests on meaningful self-care practices and product recommendations to extend the benefits of their treatment
- Record treatment notes and guest preferences to ensure consistent, personalized service over time
- Work collaboratively with spa practitioners, coordinators, and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay inspired by learning new techniques, exploring wellness trends, and bringing fresh energy to your practice
- Support spa initiatives and service excellence with a proactive and accountable attitude
- Take pride in the small details—whether it’s a perfectly prepared room or a thoughtful follow-up suggestion
What we hope you'll bring to the team
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC)
- A professional and connection-oriented demeanour, with the ability to thrive in an interdependent wellness environment
- Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to support open, empathetic dialogue
- Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail, grounded in a caring and conscientious nature
- Certification through a recognized B.C. massage school or equivalent credentials with a Prior Learning Assessment (CPLA)
- Experience with body treatments and wraps is an asset

- Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, with shifts available daily from 9 am to 9 pm
- A competitive flat-rate commission structure based on the treatment provided, approximately 40% of the treatment price plus additional tips
- Full-time RMT's potential earnings can reach approximately $115,000 per year, plus an additional $25,000 per year in tips
