Why this role is significant
As a Massage Practitioner, you play a significant role in each guest’s wellness journey by providing not only physical relief but also a lasting sense of calm and restoration. Drawing on your professional training, intuitive care, and attentive presence, you help guests feel genuinely supported and nurtured. This role goes beyond massage and focuses on creating meaningful, personalized experiences through connection, intention, and thoughtful service. Whether you’re easing tension, adjusting techniques to individual needs, or simply brightening someone’s day, your impact is both real and enduring.
A day in the life
- Greet guests with warmth and presence, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Conduct personalized assessments and develop thoughtful, customized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massages with intention and care
- Work collaboratively with spa practitioners, coordinators, and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay inspired by learning new techniques, exploring wellness trends, and bringing fresh energy to your practice
- Support spa initiatives and service excellence with a proactive and accountable attitude
- Take pride in the small details—whether it’s a perfectly prepared room or a thoughtful follow-up suggestion
What we hope you'll bring to the team
- Formal massage training from a recognized institution
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness environment
- A professional and connection-oriented demeanour, with the ability to thrive in an interdependent wellness environment
- Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to support open, empathetic dialogue
- Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail, grounded in a caring and conscientious nature
- Experience with body treatments and wraps is an asset

- Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, with shifts available daily from 9 am to 9 pm
- A competitive flat-rate commission structure based on the treatment provided, approximately 40% of the treatment price plus additional tips
- Full-time potential earnings can reach approximately $100,000 per year, plus an additional $20,000 per year in tips
