Why this role is significant
As an Esthetician, you play a meaningful role in each guest’s wellness journey by helping them feel confident, relaxed, and cared for through thoughtful, results-driven treatments. With your professional training, attention to detail, and warm presence, you create a sense of comfort and trust that allows guests to fully unwind. This role is about more than skincare; it focuses on crafting personalized, intentional experiences that leave a lasting impression. Whether you’re delivering a rejuvenating facial, providing expert product recommendations, or offering a quiet moment of calm, your impact is both visible and deeply felt.
A day in the life
- Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct personalized skin consultations and tailor treatments to meet individual needs and goals
- Deliver high-quality facials, pedicures, body wraps, waxing, and tinting services with care and precision
- Collaborate with spa practitioners, coordinators, and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay inspired by learning new techniques, keeping up with skincare trends, and bringing fresh energy to your work
- Support spa initiatives and service excellence with a proactive, team-focused approach
- Take pride in the small details—from a spotless treatment room to thoughtful aftercare recommendations
What we hope you'll bring to the team
- Formal esthetics training from a recognized institution
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness environment
- A warm, guest-centred approach with a professional and collaborative attitude
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to build trust and connection
- Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment rooted in care, quality, and integrity
- Reliability, accountability, and a willingness to support team goals and spa initiatives
What’s in it for you
- Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, with shifts available daily from 9 am to 9 pm
- A competitive flat-rate commission structure based on the treatment provided, approximately 40% of the treatment price plus additional tips
- Full-time potential earnings can reach approximately $90,000 per year, plus an additional $15,000 per year in tips
